As Health Choice Network continues to grow and serve its participating centers
and partners, it continues to foster new relationships and explore new avenues
to better serve its members and communities across our nation.
To strengthen our partnerships with other organizations and companies, HCN
created a Patron Program. We grant Patron status to a select few businesses,
organizations, research and educational institutions in which there is an
opportunity for a mutually beneficial long-term relationship.
Through the Patron program, we can develop strong partnerships, broad
collaborations and greater patient access. The prestigious Patron status will
bring a wide range of benefits. Patron members are asked to make an annual
$10,000 donation to Health Choice Network, and in return, HCN provides:

Invitations to all HCN public and educational events
•
Listing on the Network letterhead, newsletter, brochures and other
printed materials
•
Patron’s name on the Patron Wall of Honor at HCN corporate
headquarters
•
Patron’s name on the Network’s website with a link to their web
page
•
Opportunities for further relationships with members
With the assistance of our Patrons, we will continue find new and innovative
ways to better serve our members on a national level. If your organization is
